CardioLog is a fitness analytics software platform that helps users visualize and understand cardiovascular and training data from wearable devices for educational and informational purposes.

CardioLog is sold as a one-time purchase that grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the version and tier you purchased. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the product. There are no recurring subscription charges.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or access the software in any unauthorized manner.

All content, trademarks, software, and materials associated with CardioLog are the property of Priscila Freire Montini and are protected by applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

CardioLog is not a medical device.

CardioLog does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. No specific health or fitness outcome is guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priscila Freire Montini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CardioLog.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
